We offer you two email address links on the Contact Us page, allowing to you to write & send your own message to www.sarcomm.co.uk. As part of any email communication you will be sending us your email address. Should you also include a contact number or address we will also retain these for the duration of our relationship.
Please Note that within thye coding of your emails (any email) is the IP address from which that email was sent, along with routing information about the various places the message was transmitted from to arrive with us. In retaining your messages we also retain this coding detail.
What we do with the information you give
We use this information to enable us to contact you in response to any question or query you may have raised with us. We may also retain the information and use it to identify you within our office systems and should you become a customer of Sarcomm, the information supplied may be used to identify products and/or services supplied to you.
