Should you also include a contact number or address we will also retain these for the duration of our relationship.

Please Note that within thye coding of your emails (any email) is the IP address from which that email was sent, along with routing information about the various places the message was transmitted from to arrive with us. In retaining your messages we also retain this coding detail.
